Why small batch is bigger.
The baking world is thriving. Everywhere I look—on social media, in community groups—there are passionate bakers, cake makers, and cookie artists building followings, taking on large orders, and chasing success. It’s inspiring to see a renewed love for the craft. But as food influencers share their step-by-step guides to launching a baking business, I can’t help but wonder—how many will realize just how quickly it can consume their life?
That’s not the path I want.
For me, baking is about connection, not scale. Bigger doesn’t always mean better, and success isn’t just measured in likes—though it can be. My approach is simple: less is more. I want you to enjoy a pillowy soft sugar cookie or a crispy, sweet cornflake cluster—but at the right time, by chance, in the perfect moment.
That’s why we’ll only be popping up at local farmers’ markets and community events. Each month, we’ll share our menu, time, and location online so you’ll know where to find us.
As for orders, I won’t be taking custom requests. Instead, I want to keep things simple and sustainable—focusing on what I love and sharing it with the community in a way that feels right.
